Halloween 2006

Tonight was a blast! We all dressed up and went out trick-or-treating. For those who hadn't heard, we had a family theme. Jeremy and I were banana trees, Sawyer was a banana and Caleb was a monkey. We had a ton of fun. Caleb walked the whole way and really had a good time. He was polite and said "trick or treating" at every house and said thank-you each time. It was actually fun for everyone. No two year old fits or anything. Sawyer was such a good sport about his costume. even the obnoxious home-made banana hat. He gets major points for that. And don't let me leave out Jeremy. He gets nominated for Dad of the year for not only wearing a whacky home made costume, but for carrying around our 22 pound banana.
The Winslow Family came with us which made it even more fun. And even the adults in their family dressed up. Misery loves company. Not that we were really miserable, but we did look silly. Tasha and Francine were flowers, Isabelle was a bumble bee,Zachary was a pirate, Stephen was a cowboy and Andrew was a nurse. Tasha's nurse Christine even got dressed as a gypsie. We took the neighborhood by storm.
Can't wait for next year.
Hope everyone is well.

Apple Fest at Mt Wachusett

This past weekend Grandma and Grandpa were able to come up for the day and we all went to the Apple Fest at the mountain. It was a nice time, but the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy everything they had to offer. We took a ride up to the top of the mountain and took in the views. Most of the colors have turned rusty, but it is still a beautiful sight to take in.

Nana's Artwork

Caleb was comissioned to make a painting for Nana's office. Here it is. Check out those brush strokes. Posted by Picasa

September and October So Far

So, this is an album of odds and ends. They are photos from the end of last month and the beginning of this month. There are a couple trips to the park to feed the ducks, a trip to a flea market, at day at the Winslow's, and a few days around the house. The boys and I took a ride up to the mountain this week to check out the foliage. It is beautiful- Autumn in full bloom. It's funny how we look forward to it every year, knowing though that winter is just around the corner. Hope you enjoy the kiddos.

Photo Albums

This is a photo from our trip to the flea market on Saturday. But the reason for this post is to tell you about a new feature Jeremy added. You will see to the left that there is a listing for 'All Picassa web albums'. If you click on that you can see all of the albums without having to navigate the whole site. Aahh.. Technology. (Hey Nana- this one's for you :) Posted by Picasa

Big Kids Now

Caleb and Sawyer are growing in leaps and bounds. Caleb did some climbing on the BIG rocks at the park yesterday and Sawyer is practicing his standing. Before you know it they'll be graduating. I'm holding on as tight as I can. Posted by Picasa
